Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my boyfriend got custody of his son on wed. we have the the custody papers in hand now and the judge told us to go get the baby yesterday well the mother of the child went to court in broward county and had a court date without notifyin anyone and the case is in pinellas county where the judge signed the custody papers what can be doen so he can get his son asap

Need more info. Did she get custody papers too or did she just set a hearing for custody? If it is just a hearing date, the police officers will pick up the child with the court order papers you have.
