Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My boyfriend has a daughter with his ex. he wants to see her but his ex will not allow it because im in the picture now. he pays child support to her for his daughter. does he have visitation rights to her and if not how can he go about getting rights to see his daughter

He would need to file a Petition to Establish Paternity, Timesharing, and Child Support [CS if he doesn't already have a case].

If he is paying child support was this ordered by the Court? If so, did he not receive visitation at the same time. If not, File a Petition for Visitaiton, set a hearing and have the sheriff serve her.
