Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My boyfriend is trying to get a divorce but the women doesnt get it that it is over and still wants to be with him. Can a judge tell him that he has to go to couples thereopy?

Yes, the judge has the power to order him into couple's therapy. Of course, the judge can't force him to cooperate with the program, and the judge can't force him to stay married. If he wants to get the divorce, he's allowed to get the divorce.
