Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My boyfriend ,who is divorced and living in Florida, is paying child support for his daughter who lives in another state. All of the divorce and child support papers were filed in the other state. His salary is a bit higher in Fl. than it was in the other state. His ex. is suggestion that she can take him back to court to recieve more child support. Does the ex. have any legal right to do that?
