Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My boyfriend and I have already done a DNA test with a woman and now she is claiming it was a fake and wants another.We are willing to do another but want her to sign a written agreement to leave us alone if the results show hes not the father once again...Will it stand up in the state of Florida if she doesn't agree to what is put done if she signs it.

It will not stand up in a court of law which follows the "best interest of the child" standard. It's best for a child to know his/her father so they will order a DNA test if they deem it necessary regardless to your agreement.
