Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My boyfriend fell with my daughter in his as. It fractured her and now just with that fracture, they believe my daughter has been abused by me and her father (my boyfriend). They are trying to put us in jail and take her to a foster home. I need help keeping my child and getting this case closed!!! We love our daughter and wouldn't harm her for anything!!
