Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My boyfriend and I currently live in Florida and he is trying to divorce his wife however she won't give him the divorce simply cause he is a rich doctor and she loves the status of being a doctor's wife and living in the wealth. She is threatening to take him to the cleaners and wipe him out financially and screw him up if he were to leave her. My question is this, what are this woman's legal rights? Can she also try to take away his practice in the event he were to file for divorce?? Right now my boyfriend feels he can't make a move around her because of all her threats so he feels like he is stuck in a loveless marriage putting up with this woman's abuse. What can he do in order to file for divorce and have a successful outcome and still keep a very good portion of his money and assets especially his medical practice??

There is not enough info to answer your question. Assets in the marriage have a lot to do with long term marriages, co mingled funds, and equitable contribution.
