Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my boyfriend an i live in his mothers home, his father owns half of the home but due to a divorce he now lives with his mother. he smokes spice & does cocaine & other drugs. me & my boyfriend only smoke marijuana. his father is asking us to move in 30 days because we are taking food out of his daughters mouth by living here, even though we give his mother rent and buy food every two weeks. & now he is threatening to call child services on his mother & have us drug tested & if we come up positive they will take the daughter from her mother. can he do all of this ? is there anything we can do ? & the divorce lawyer that is working on the case is now going out on dates with the mother. is that conflict of interest

If you are renting from one of the owners you can stay, however if DCF comes out you may get into trouble if there are drugs around. You should retain a lawyer.
