Hi my boyfriend pays his child support every week and the mother of his child always denies him the right to see his son i was wondering what steps he would have to take sothat he can see his son

Has he established his paternity of the child through the courts? If not, that is the first step. Once that is done, he can ask the court to establish a Parenting Plan that provides for him to have specific time-sharing with the child.

While I agree with Mr. Buckley's response, the first thing your boyfriend really needs to do is to put on some "big boy" pants, and make the inquiries himself. Having his girlfriend make the inquiries is much less conducive to his getting assistance. Even if he works long hours, he can make the inquiry online 24/7, or maybe he should have his mom make the inquiry after she gets done doing his laundry.

If the child support is court ordered Paternity is already established. What he needs to do his file a Petition for Parenting Plan with Time Sharing where he asks the court to acknowledge that he is the Father of the child and ask for visitation and the right to make decision regarding his son.
