Can my boyfriend take my son from me he is 15 and missing a lot of school from being sick alot he goes to the doctor alot and stay home from school he said to me that I am a unfit mother he live with me he will be16 in July

If no orders in place then go get your son, use the police, if they will not help then get a lawyer.

Sounds to me your son is playing you. Have him Baker Acted and Drug tested. There is no reason for a 15 year old boy to be missing school unless there really is something wrong. No your boyfriend can not take him without a court order. Get rid of the boyfriend. Sounds to me he is your problem.
