Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My boyfriend has a 7 year old child with his ex. They were never married. He pays her about 700 a month for child support (which was not court order). We just had a baby 3 months ago. We live together and i dont work. So i was wondering if his child support would change because he had another child and/or because she is married. Does her husbands income add in with her income?

No. It doesn't change because he had a child. And it doesn't change because she is married.

If a child support order was never in place, then get one in place. Yes and no, the court will look at the other children in the relationship that he has to support. You should get an attorney.
