Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My Boyfriend of 8 years which we live together, kicked my 15 old daughter out of our home while i wasnt there! It was 4:30 am. Told her to get the f**k out with no shoes on and 46 degree weather.. I called the cops and didnt help.. Is it legal for him to do it?

I assume you mean to say, "ex-boyfriend."

I'm surprised he didn't get charged with child abuse. No, it wasn't legal. By law, he had to evict her.
