Can my boyfriends soon to be ex wife make it possible for me to not be around their child just because I have a misdemeanor assault charge on my record?

She has the ability to ask the court to make that determination and to include such a restriction in a Parenting Paln, but she would have the burden to prove that such a restriction was in the best interests of the child.
