''break order'' over custody involving police

P was living with a girl, C, and they had a baby & planned a wedding..she is a junkie so he started the process of moving out on thurs..he had baby thur evening & friday evening so she could do her thing...sunday morning--name removed--gets call from C's roomate that she is passed out from from partying all night getting home at 5 am and baby K is in crib crying and P needs to come get baby K because roomate is leaving and nobody is tending to baby K..P goes over and unlocks door and wakes C up and he finds used comdoms on bedroom floor and near crib. P gets upset and C takes knife and threatens him. She calles police and while calling is popping pills..police come and let him take baby K and also called dcf on her..she refused drug test three times. P files a restraning order mon. but only gets a hearing date. DCF is on his side and recommends we dont answer door for her or police because they will be very persuasive in making us give back the child..C went tues and got restraining order immediately. Wed she got a break order for us to return the baby and police came and said they would break our door down and also threatened to take us to jail if we didnt give the baby. They watched C's mother attack my car and even dent it
