Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Is my ex breaking a court order??? Since our divorce in 2006 ..my ex comes in and out of our childrens lives....In the past 4 years he has only taken his visitations maybe a hand full....I show photos of him to the kids..but two years and nothing from him...and now coming back into their lives...our daughter does even remember him...our son kind of does....I have never said no about him seeing the children....we live at the same address he has my phone number...and still nothing....He just drops out the face of the earth and nothing until he want to show up ...Plus I never get Ins or address info from him ...only phone numbers...We have joint custody but I seem to be the only parent in our childrens live that takes the responsibilty to care for their well being and the welfare of our children...What can I do and Is he breaking court orders??

If the final judgment of divorce covers child support payments and he's not paying his share as well as a detailed visitation schedule and he's noncompliant, then you may have grounds for a Motion for Contempt. I am not clear as to what you are trying to do.
