breaking court order out of state

my mother won sole cudstoy of my daughter in ny due to me mother of child being 10 minutes late they defaulted me but gave me open liberal reasonable visitation as agreed upon parties mom took off to fl within 10 days of winning this i just moved back to fl and she has went into hiding with child?

There are various court remedies you can petition/motion for. Contact an attorney in your state for help. If you can't afford one, at least contact the courthouse for guidance. Also, if your mother has truly disappeared with your child and she is not in contact at all, you might involve the police. She MAY be guilty of kidnapping.
