Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Brent Rose answered part of my question, I will give you more info. Married parties have been separated for two years. Power of attorney was given to daughter. Last week, husband was served divorce papers. Saturday, (last week) his trucks were seized, harley, and gun collection. He has no transportation. Wife is unable to identify family members for the most part. If what you say is true, about power of attorney, not being legal to file for divorce,please tell me what you would suggest to do now. And if you can't what other info do you need?
