Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My brother in law died in february 2010 and was in a nursing home in Tenn., since his passing his bills have been coming to my house his brother is my husband. Recently they changed the name on the bill from the nursing home to my husband name. He did not live with us ever and he was not our dependent. My question is our we any way responsible for his debts?

No you are not and this is fraud. The creditor is trying to dupe you into paying.
