Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My brother in law is married to a us citizen and has a son with her but she left him a couple a years ago and didnt let him see his son, two years later after he searches for them everywhere she calls him asking him for money and he gives her money but she still doesnt let him see his son. Hes afraid of getting deported if he gets involved legaly for his rights to see his son. What can he do?

He should speak with an Immigration attorney and a Family Law Attorney. He has a right to see his son as much as his son as a right to support.

I practice Family Law and Immigration and would be able to speak with him to provide guidance on both issues.

Is there some question as to a legal marriage to gain citizenship? If not, then what would he fear. He has the right to see his son.
