Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Four brothers recently lost their mother. All are of legal age. They were told by Wthe funeral home that all of the siblings have to sign off, via notaries, on their mother's cremation. One brother simply refuses to respond to mail or phone attempts to contact him, even contacted his girlfriend, to no avail, and he has no email. The mother did not leave a will. What is the recourse of the three brothers so that the cremation can proceed?
