Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If I own my own business and I am going through divorce, what means does my soon-to-be ex wife have to prove or disprove my income? My income has declined due to the economy however she is "trying to prove" that it has not. I'd like to know how she could "prove" it or what is accessible and/or admissible in this case

.

The burden is on her to prove that you make all this money. Part of your mandatory disclosure is to provide all income proofs for the last three years. As long as you comply and there are no other secret assets that are generating income, the proof is clearly in the documentation you will be providing.
