I am a business owner my ex girlfriend and I have a two year old can she try to get any part of my business or my house?

No. Florida, unlike California, does not recognize palimony cases. However, she can pursue child support.

I agree with Mr. Goldstein. You are responsible for child support. Please note however, that will not stop her from suing you in civil court for a portion of the expenses she has paid in the maintenance of your home or for work she has performed in your business.
