I am going to buy a house soon, my actually husband is not going to help for anything( mortage, condominio fee, etc etc, POSTNUPTIAL AGREEMENT MAY HELP?? How enforsable can be thi AGREEMENT IN CASE DIVORCE OR DEATH?? I concern because I want to leave everything i have and I solely make to my only son 26 years, my husband isnot his father, please just I want this answer Can I be CONFIDENCE to buy any property in my only name, of course we don't have PRE NUP

Postnuptial agreements are very enforceable in a divorce.

To "cut" your husband out of your will (in other words, to execute a will which leaves less than 30% of your estate to your husband), you will need him to sign a waiver. An estate planning lawyer can help you with this.
