I carried the health Insurance during the marriage. Am I my solely responsible for continuing said coverage upon divorce? We have 50-50 custody and shared expenses otherwise.

The divorce order has to spell out who pays for what. You are responsible for your share and the court will likely order you to continue to provide coverage for the kids (and maybe the spouse).
