Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I carried the health Insurance during the marriage. Am I my solely responsible for continuing said coverage upon divorce? We have 50-50 custody and shared expenses otherwise.

The divorce order has to spell out who pays for what. You are responsible for your share and the court will likely order you to continue to provide coverage for the kids (and maybe the spouse).
Agree with Mr. Smitten but usually the Final Judgment divides the expense proportionally between both parents.
If you carried the health insurance during the marriage for the entire family, you would usually be required to maintain it for the minor children after the divorce. The amount that you are paying for the children's portion of the insurance will be incorporated into the child support calculations.
