Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I need help I have a case that has not been in court since 2012. Just for the fact that I have really been trying to deal with this. Recently I and my wife took my daughter to Disney and my daughter's mother (not my wife) called the cops on me because my daughter (who is in Kindergarten) missed 2 days of school. We have a time share and normally I would have my daughter just for the weekend, but since I work out of the country when I'm here for a week I keep my daughter and take her to school and everything, this has been going on for almost 2 yrs.
Now my daughters mother with no explanation call the cops on me, they did not remove my child from my home but her mother is now telling me I'm a weekend dad again. Sometimes when I'm here it not my weekend and she does not allow me to see my daughter. Like right now I'm her and my daughter will be left to sit in aftercare from 2pm-6pm when I can pick her up and send time with her. Please someone help me, advice anything I need to fix this.

Never trust a former spouse to abide by a verbal agreement. You will need to file a Petition to Modify the time sharing. Talk to an attorney.
