Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a case management conference coming up with the judge on my family law case. Do I need to be in attendance? or is it my lawyers responsibilty to go in my place? Help please my lawyer is not returning my calls and I really need to know. Thanks

Whether your attendance is required depends upon the wording of the Order setting Case Management Conference.

If your attorney is not returning your calls, and/or is not providing you with copies of Court documents, maybe you should consider retaining different counsel.
