In my case he refuse to take the paternity test and assumed responsability as s father we have never been married we leave for one year before baby born and threw me out of his house.

If he is on the birth certificate then he has parental rights. Use of a lawyer is recommended.

So what is the question? If he is on the birth certificate and/or through the court was established as the father, then he must pay child support.
