How to change agreement on mediation and get restraining order

My former husband and I went to Mediation and we signed an agreement. My husband cannot be present at the time to exchange my son on the weekend due to my forme husband pushed my uhsband once. But Iam afraid to go bymyself to do the pick ups and drop pffs. How CanI change thta? Also if I was abused in the past by former husband and I have witnesses can I get a restraining order and can the MArital Agreement be modified? I need help My former husband is very agressive I am very scared of him.
