change custody and visitation

Mother of my 14 yr child arrested for DUI, possession of various drugs and child abuse on her 5 yr old child she has. I have shared custody and primary residential parent of our daughter in another state. She lost temp custody of her son with 1 hour/30 days visitation for 9 months to complete program. My daughter is suppose to see her in Nov. for visit. She has court dates next week for charges and further determination of her son. How do I get involved in that with my daughter to change custody agreement and visitation given all of her charges?

You need an order modifying visitation and custody.

In addition to Mr. Slater's response, the modification should be applies for in the jurisdiction where the Original Order was entered, unless the Order provides otherwise.
