Name change

I got divorced 3 yrs ago, at the time of the divorce I did not change my name back to my maiden name. How hard is to change it back now, and how do I go about it?

It is not a difficult process and not costly. You would need to file a Petition for name change and accompanying documents. Some courthouses have these forms available at a minimal cost. If you still need assistance feel free to contact me.
