Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

change jurisdiction

I have a court order from Hawaii that grants custody of my kids to me. Their mother is about to move away from Hawaii. How do I get the jurisdiction of the order changed to where we live (Florida)? Will this require me to hire an attorney and have a hearing?
