Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Change of Primary Home

My step son is moving in with us, his mom has agreed, do we have to go through an attorney to have the papers drawn up, or is there a less expensive way for us to have them drawn up, since she is okay with him moving in with us?

You could buy one of those divorce forms packets and try to figure it out and hope that you don't make any mistakes.

Drawing up a shared custody agreement shouldn't be to expensive if you find an attorney who will draft one for you without entering an appearance in court.

Just remember the old addage, you can pay me now, or you can pay me a lot more later.
