change of venue

my ex-husband and I moved from the county we got divorced. Since the children live with me I filed change of venue and was turned down. How can I get a change of venue so the case is where the children live in case we need teachers and counslers to testify. These were some of my reasons when I filed but was still turned down.

If you and your husband live in the same county, you can just file your case there.
