Changing a custody agreement
What do I need to do to change a costody agreement so that my daughter can go live with her mother?

Motion the Court to modify the custody arrangement.
Normally the Court will explore why this is the thing to do.
Short of the above explanation, there are many factors that can come into play. For instance, the age of the child will play a bing difference in the matter. The evironment into which the child will be sent is another.
Best if you consult an attorney in your area and he can smooth the transition since no one is objecting.
