Changing the legal Jurisdiction of my child

My child and i moved from houston texas to west palm beach florida 3 years ago after my divorce. Am i able to change the legal jurisdiction from houston to palm beach county given he has spent this amount of time here? currently if i need to address any modification in my decree i have to fly to texas to deal with this

Ask the Texas court to refer the matter to Florida.
