changing my 11 year olds name

i have to run an add to change his name but i dont know where the real dad lives. what do i do now ?

You'll have to find the real dad (using a private investigator and USSearch.com is your best bet). If you can't find the father and you can prove to the judge that you really made a diligent effort, you can serve him by publishing in the newspaper.
