Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Chidcare 75%?

My former wife wants me to pay for

100% of the child care, however,

how I read it, I am only liable for

75%, which is added in the

FLchildsupport guidelines sheet, then

I pay my % of the Whole total. This

will be our third agreement and the

first agreement, I paid for it all, the

next agreement, which was our last

one, I only paid the 75%, then my %

like on the worksheet.

She now wants to go back to the

original agreement and get the full

100%. Dont we have to make a new

agreement and sort it again, or can

the state of FL just start taking more

out of my check?

Re: Chidcare 75%?

Assuming you are still in a court case, you need an order to modify whatever the last order was. Either back to Court or submit an order to the Court to modify if both parties will agree to it. If this is pro se, may be difficult. You should have an attorney with you.
