can my soon to be ex, go to child support and make them enforce me to pay child support, when i have never missed a payment? and how does child support enforcement works.

He or she can certainly file any income deduction order already signed by the court, if any, even if you haven't missed a payment. How child support works is a broad question. What exactly do you need to know?
