With the State involved (DCFS) I believe that Family Couseling/ Couples Counseling/Anger Management can all be set up through the Court. Your son can see to that through his dependency action.

There is not much you can do. Only the state can begin action to take the kids away from the parents. Your son can file for divorce but has apparently chosen not to. Grandparent's have little or no rights as opposed to the parents of children in the State of Florida. If you feel strongly about their safety, you can file complaints with the Department of Children and Family Services or try and convince your son of the dangers involved.
