child from affair

my husband just found out he fathered a child (she is 3 now) during an affair. the woman was and still is married, but going through a divorce. my husband went to a lab for a dna swab but the judge ordered it sealed and also ordered my husband never to see the child. he awarded the womans husband joint custody, and he is also listed on the birth certificate. is there anything we can do to prove that my husband is the father? is it true that my husband has no rights since she was married to someone else at the time of the babys birth? we want to be a part of the childs life.
