Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I had a child with a boyfriend will seperated from my now ex-husband. I am having trouble with them, we are supposed to split time with the child equally but I am always getting excuses from them that he is sick or they have plans with him. Now I am being told that he maybe allergic to birds that my parents have meanwhile they have many cats inside the home. He has insurance thru Medicade that they did, after I was laid off from work I always gave them a copy of the insurance card when I had insurance thru work. I suggest that I go to the doctors with them and they don't give me a response I don't know what to do anymore. My dad tells me to just let it be but he is my son too and I am sick of it. I have to admit that I have gone away and asked if it was ok for them to keep him while I was a way and it has never been a problem.

Who is them? You had a child - the boyfriend is the bio dad. The ex-husband is the legally responsible party. YOu do not have custody? Need more info.
