child costudy

i am trying to get full costudy of my son. his father sees him once every 2-3 months. he is on the birth certificate, but we were never married. i am wanting to move out of the state.

You don't necessarily need to have "full custody" to be able to move. As long as you meet the various factors a court will consider before allowing the move, the father can still have visitation. In fact, one of the factors is the willingness of the parent wanting to move to facilitate visitation. So, wanting to eliminate them completely may work against you.
