Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Child custody arrangements
Recently I was awarded primary residential custody of my 5 yoa daughter in a shared parental agreement with my ex-wife. My current wife and I plan to move out of state to pursue more advantageous careers and we want to maintain our custody status of my daughter. What are the laws regarding these issues?

FLORIDA LAW: It must be established that this move is in the best interests of the child. You will need either an order from the court approving this move or permission from your ex-wife. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me. Melody Stickel-Martinez, Esq. (954) 437-5968
