Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Child custody

why would an attorney/Judge allow a grandfather to interfere to such extremes with his grandchilds upbringing that he's permitted to sue his daughter for custody? He is such a bad influence that he and my sister allowed me to think my child was missing for 26 hrs and said nothing.

Re: Child custody

No one has to allow anyone to make a claim for custody. Grandfather can just do it. Not saying he wil win though.
