Child Custody

My Boyfriend and I are splitting up and we have a 14 month old daughter. I do the majority of her care and make sure she has everything she needs. He feels that he can take her Out of state without my consent. He also feels that if we are to break up he can take her to live with him. What exactly are my/his rights regarding this issue?

Unless you can work out a written agreement, I suggest you seek a court order to determine custody, visitation and child support. Good luck.
