Child Custody
Right before my ex and I broke up he had me quit my job and now he pays all the bills but the child is in my custody. Can he take custody of my child just because he makes more money than I do?

There are many factors judges take into consideration in deciding who gets custody of a child, but who makes the most is almost never one of them. See Florida Statute 61.13 for the entire list of considerations.
