Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I'm in a child custody case and the judge ordered both parties attend mediation. My lawyer failed to attend mediation and i'm stuck w/ no cour order to see my daughter. The attorney does not return my calls. Also, the other attorney(respondent) is pursuing me for her fees. The longer this case is open, the higher my fees will be from the respondent attorney.

Also, there was a mutual agreement for visitation, but the mother has stopped all visitation. My attorney has not responded. Should he be fired or is he in somesort of violation for not attending a mediation, which he and the other attorney scheduled...
