Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

child custody case

Can you tell me is there anyone in Marion County I believe Florida that can take on a case for a grandmother to take cusody of her 2 grandchildren ages 1 year and 3 years, pro bono, she lives on social security and has custody of the 2 children but an attorney wants more money before going to trial. This woman cannot afford a lawyer, but the children would be in harms way if given back to their mom. I am trying to help the grandmother as she is at her wits end. I am just a good friend of her's trying to help her out.

Try the local legal aid..you can find them through the Florida Bar or the Marion County or Ocala Bar Associations
