what are the chances of modification of primary custody for a daughter to live with father?

child is 13 years old and wants to change.

Hi:

You should really speak with counsel to evaluate the reasons as to why your daughter wants to change the custody arrangement. Additionally, when you go to modify custody unless there is a very substantial change of circumstances it is difficult to prevail. However, since your daughter is of sufficent age, the Judge will potentially give some credence as to why she wants the change. Good Luck
