Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Child Custody Change

I have been divorced for 2 years. My exwife signed primary residential custody to me with shared parenting. She now is sueing me for herself to be primary residential. She is making allocation that are not true. Is their a chance that she can get this. Their is no drug use or alcohol problems with me. She left me because after 12 years of marriage she says she is a lesbian. I have a 12 year old girl and a 10 year old boy. The visitation is 51/49.

Re: Child Custody Change

Unless she can show a change in circumstances, she should not be able to modify the prior order. Good luck.
